How should we look after the finished product?

On completion of each job, Craft Wales will coat the timber with an oil based product.
Thereafter, Craft Wales recommends that every Spring, the timbers are re-coated to extend their longevity and to help prevent cracking and splintering. This further reduces water penetration and helps in the prevention algae growth thereby lessening the slipperiness of the timber.
